September 2007, saw the completion and ‘go-live’ of Gradian’s isolated Tech-Lab environment. This represents a fundamental mile-stone in Gradian’s strategy to deliver a service-led approach to the end-to-end provisioning, implementation, support and on-going management of secure messaging solutions.
What does this mean for end-users?
1) Technology Demonstrations – you can get your ‘hands dirty’ with the technology in a ‘live’ environment and understand the relevant touch points of the technology from an operational perspective.
2) Build Replication – we replicate builds to address unforeseen issues or technical difficulties before they happen on customer site and facilitating a smooth pilot to live transition activity.
3) Code Review – new code releases and patches are tested prior to being released to end-users, giving us the unique ability to perform impact/ risk assessments and provide ‘informed’ advice to our customers.
4) Problem Resolution – technical issues are replicated to provide immediate ‘issue handling’ and immediate responsiveness to your problems.
