Gradian is awarded access to Symantec’s Exclusive SOS Program

Gradian has just been awarded membership of Symantec’s “invitation-only” Secure One Services (SOS) program promoting Gradian to Symantec’s most highly decorated UK partner.  This accreditation from the cyber security market leader provides substantial new gains to the Gradian customer.   

Already benefiting from Gradian’s Platinum Partner status, Gradian’s customers can now take advantage of the additional benefits derived from the SOS accreditation: 

  • Increasingly flexible commercial framework 
  • “In-country” 24x7x365 Symantec-endorsed support & service centre 
  • Fast access to fully trained & accredited engineers for Level 1 & 2 issues 
  • Highly specialized support levels focusing solely on Gradian’s adopted core Symantec technologies 
  • Gradian’s direct and unlimited access to Symantec’s Level 3 technical support
