Symantec Knight - Gradian

Gradian’s Head of Technical Services attains the heady heights of Symantec Knighthood.

We are now extremely proud to boast Symantec nobility amongst our ranks as we congratulate Matt Elvin, our Head of Technical Services, for being awarded his Symantec Knighthood.

With over 65,000 active Symantec partners worldwide, the illustrious Symantec Knights number only 250 technically expert individuals. With a mere 15 Knights in the UK and 100 in EMEA, Matt has achieved the highest possible order of the Symantec partner community.

The aim of the program is to bring together the best technical minds from within Symantec's partner community to help build the “ultimate security solution” whilst empowering the Customer.

The Path to Knighthood

Being granted a Knighthood is far from easy. A would-be Knight must be nominated by a skilled Symantec SE willing to invest time into the long-term mentorship of the individual. Amongst other stringent criteria, a potential Knight is required to have SSE+ and SCS/STS certifications and to demonstrate a consistent level of technical expertise at POC level.
