Gradian’s Annual Kick Off 2021
With Covid giving way and restrictions lifting, the team have been able to get together for our off-site annual kick off/get together/team building and awards event. Our employees and the company spirit are fundamental to us here at Gradian and this annual tradition is one that really sets us up for the year, ready to deliver the unparalleled customer experience our clients expect.
Kelly Wickens was the very deserved winner of this years Employee of the Year award, also jointly receiving our new award the Employee’s Employee along with David Harris, chosen by their peers. With some new faces and many old the day and evening was a total success, thoroughly enjoyed by all.
The Venue
It’s a boat! The Sunborn Yacht Hotel, London, a great setting for this year’s kick off presentation, awards and team building exercise.

Team Building
Split into random teams to attend Spy School, a highly sophisticated operation consisting of multiple tasks to be completed against the clock. We are very proud of all our teams, who executed these with maturity and dignity, the best of which are documented below.
Evening Antics
Some healthy competition and some down time at Electric Shuffle in Canary Wharf. Who knew electric shuffleboard was a thing?! Much bonding and laugher was had by all.
