On 16th September 2025, it was confirmed that Valimail had been acquired by DigiCert. This acquisition is part of a wider DigiCert plan to further enhance their DigiCert One platform offering.
This recent acquisition requires no changes to the way that you operate and procure your Valimail DMARC technology, be it direct through Gradian, or through a chosen Service Integrator.
Our partnership remains the same, and we will continue to offer Valimail’s best-of-breed technology with Gradians' expertise and managed service wrappers.
We are committed to driving ongoing success with our existing end users as well as supporting new customers who can benefit from Valimail's solutions.
Along with the rich Valimail partnership, Gradian are also partners with DigiCert helping our customers with their wider technology needs associated with DigiCert’s technology suite.
