- Inspirational Talk – Mental preparation and mindset coaching
- Arrow Breaking – A transformative practice where you’ll break a wooden arrow using the soft part of your throat as you walk towards it, symbolising the destruction of mental and emotional barriers
- The Firewalk – Walk barefoot across burning coals
- Digital completion certificate sent via email
